This class teach lifeguard skills, emergency first aid for respiratory failure and cardiac arrest in victims of all ages. Red Cross Certification will be awarded upon completion of the course. The lifeguard, first aid and CPR/AED certification is for two years. In order to take this class you must be able to pass a pre swim consisting of a continuous 500 yard breast stoke and crawl stroke, surface dive to nine feet to retrieve a 10 lb. brick, and tread water for two minutes with your hands tucked under your armpits. Must be 15 years old by the last class.
